Do you take custom orders?

I do not offer custom work at this time or recreate specific designs. All pieces reflect my own forms, process, and evolving collections.

Returns and Exchanges?

All sales are final. All items are handmade and may have minor "inconsistencies" and colors may vary based on the screen the image was viewed on. All items are priced according to the final product, and are discounted appropriately. 

Is the pottery Food Safe?

I use a variety of glazes. The vast majority are food safe. Please refer to each listing, as it will state whether or not the item is finished with Food Safe glaze.

How do I clean my pottery pieces?

Hand washing your piece(s) with soap and warm water is recommended. If you absolutely need to use the dishwasher, make sure the item is on the top row; but only at your own risk.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! In the payment portal when you are ready to purchase your new pieces, there is an option for the following: Shop Pay Installments: Make an account, if you haven't already, and it will give you the option to pay in full or with 4 separate installments.     

What is your order processing time?

I can estimate a 3-5 business day processing time. Shipping is based on your location and type selection; please refer to your confirmation email. If you have any questions, please reach out via email at jacqueline@shemaedit.com.
