Duality Mask

This mask explores the duality of self; the balance between light and shadow, inner and outer worlds, emotion and intuition. The mirrored faces symbolize the many versions of ourselves we carry, while the central third eye represents spiritual awareness, higher consciousness, and the ability to see beyond illusion. 

This decorative mask was created through a slow, intentional process. Each piece is hand-sculpted with deep thought and care, then bisque fired before an underglaze wash and zinc-free clear glaze are applied. It is then finished with a final glaze firing.
