I’ve always thought leaves have a lot to teach us. Every fall, they remind us of the quiet strength in letting go. They release what no longer serves them knowing that this change makes way for new life to begin again. When we see this, we can learn to let go…of expectations, old fears, or past versions of ourselves…  we create space for renewal. Like the leaves, our perspective can shift. What once felt like an ending becomes a beginning viewed from a different light.
